Soya based food production plant Integralimenti

The necessity of Integralimenti to find a new location for its production in Italy led it to buy a warehouse built in 2003 at Fidenza and to study a rough layout to make it compatible with the needs of the process. CED Ingegneria has been in charge of the final and executive design, the management of tenders for the fractional assignment of works and the management of works. All the activities listed concern both civil and systems works,

The main activities carried out on site were:

• demolition of prefabricated panels, floors and substrates;
• construction of underground networks, renovation of insulated substrates and flooring;
• realization of anti-seismic improvement works;
• intumescent protection of all structures;
• construction of the casing, internal partitions and false ceilings with sandwich panels complying with French regulations for environments intended for food production;
• construction of a metal mezzanine for housing the main machines;
• resin coating of all floors in the production process area;
• assembly of new fixtures, for the most part having refrigeration characteristics;
• construction of all civil electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems;
• arrangement of the external areas with remaking of the asphalts and construction of bases to support the machines.
