Description
The collaboration with the Studio of Arch. Cortesi, who has developed a project that has guaranteed a compatible and sustainable conservation of the historical architectures as regards the works on Villa Astori, has involved particular attention to details from the point of view of structural design, so that the necessary consolidation interventions do not affect the original platform.
The will of the Studio Tecnico per l’Edilizia, Geom. Cornali, is create 52 new different types of zero-emission housing units and class A energy classification, respecting the precious setting surrounding the eighteenth-century villa, has also been realized thanks to a constant supervision of works coordinated between the various interventions of the various professionals.
