Description
The project involves the construction of a building of 12 floors + 2 underground divided into two structures by a joint that allows them to have an independent seismic behavior. The two structures are called for the simplicity of the building construction “LOWER PART” and “UPPER PART”.
The two underground floors are intended for parking and storage areas (cellars) of the individual housing units.
The structural project involves the construction of the two building structures with a common basement, the characteristics of which are:
- Plinth and stalls foundations resting on micropiles
- Walls, pillars, beams, partitions in reinforced concrete cast in place.
- Floors to the various decks in brick-cement joists, hollow core floors, predalles slab floors with additional hood casting in reinforced concrete.
- Stairs and overhangs in reinforced concrete full
- Stairwells in reinforced concrete.
