Description
The project consists in adapting the existing structure, especially the third floor of the building, according to qualified needs in terms of services, systems and functions and according to the various specific regulations.
The new internal distribution of the spaces makes it possible to create 10 rooms with two beds and 7 rooms with one bed, for a total of 27 beds, each equipped with a toilet in compliance with the overcoming of architectural barriers.
The project extends the overhang to the third floor, taking up the same scan of the facade. The existing roof is not modified.
The portion of the building concerned therefore covers 811 square meters and provides for an extension of 71.4 square meters.
