Description
The building, with rectangular plan above ground, consists in a basement and three floors above ground. The roof is flat with an overhanging steel canopy that develops for the entire perimeter of the building.
The structure of the building is made of beams and pillars, and stairwells cores arranged on four sides.
In the four corners of the building are placed all the bracing elements consisting in stairwells and elevators, in addition to the structural walls, which are continuous up to the foundation.
On the top floor, along the perimeter, runs a parapet beam to which is bound a steel canopy.
