Description
Construction of 2 cogeneration plants built inside new buildings with steel structure and prefabricated infills, with concrete bases for the turbines and the boiler, evaporative concrete towers and arrangement of the areas with reorganization of drains and sewers.
Renovation and recovery of the RISE office building with the insertion of new decks.

Characteristics of the intervention:
OFFICES AND CONTROL ROOMS:
8,000 square meters on 3 floors obtained in the old receiving station with new metal decks and construction of internal cables for lighting.
PLANTS:
Combined cycle cogeneration plants 2 x 50 mw with steam turbine, cooling towers, demineralized water system and district heating system.
