Description
We carried out the research of areas in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic and developed, for the most interesting, the feasibility study with the definition of a preliminary project and the estimation of investment costs. The client chose the solution of an existing building in Ostrava for which the executive project with the specifications was prepared and the customer was supported for the choice and management of suppliers. The design activities focused on the civil works necessary for the construction of tanks for the hardening and underground networks, implementation of the plants to the requirements of foundry – processing – oxidation etc and completion / stiffening of the metal carpentry roof in collaboration with the property ownership. The construction supervision was carried out for the most part with directly supervision on site every 15 days and our continuous presence in the 4 months of the final steps and the start-up of production.
