Description
New research and development management centre with part of industrial activity and part of offices. Characterized by the architectural design of the Atelier Jean Nouvel Paris consists of overlapping factory buildings with cantilevered parts up to 18 meters matching on the Red Wall that contains the main entrance and the horizontal and vertical distribution to the various buildings. The wall is part in concrete shell and part in prefabricated elements and is covered with red extruded aluminium profiles that give a strong technological image to the settlement. Structure part in concrete and part in metal with large light slabs, vierendel beams for cantilever structures.
