Eurogravure S.p.A.

In 2001 we began to work with Eurogravure then owned by Arti Grafiche with whom we had been collaborating for long time. The project was particularly interesting because the basic layout was been prepared by the Arch. Sauer, Bertelsmann’s contact person for Eurogravure, and with our intervention we have prepared a complete layout with the positioning of utilities, flows of goods and people, entrances and parking lots. With the layout, the property activated the real estate operators to look for an area in Lombardia that was suitable to accommodate the new establishment.

Several proposals were received and for each of which we tried to insert the project highlighting strengths and weaknesses. At the end, an industrial area was chosen in Treviglio that could accommodate the layout without compromise and maintaining the complete efficiency of the original layout. In this realization, the construction management of CED INGEGNERIA was successfully applied in cooperation with the customer’s technical and purchasing department and the entire toluene plant was positioned on the roof, greatly improving safety and reducing the path of the ink pipes.
